The Science of Cellular Memory and Emotional Healing
Our Cells Remember Trauma
Our cells hold memories of past traumas and emotional experiences. These negative cellular memories can accumulate, often triggering strong bodily responses and amplifying feelings of anxiety, stress, and anger. Understanding this, I was guided to a new form of healing 10 years ago that targets these embedded memories. I call this form of therapy, Cellular Reprogramming.
Neutralising Nonproductive Emotional Energy in Cells
This advanced healing technique works by neutralising the nonproductive emotional energy stored within our cells. By addressing these deep-seated issues, we can effectively diminish the triggers that cause significant emotional and physical reactions. This approach facilitates profound healing and helps individuals achieve lasting emotional resilience.
Combining Energy Work with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
While my roots are deeply embedded in intuitive energy work, I have also formalized my methods through a postgraduate qualification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). This combination allows me to offer a holistic approach to emotional healing.
